When your items sells we retain 35% of the selling price and pass 65% through to you

Our contracts are for 90 days. We feel that any item should sell within that time period. Some sell instantly and some take the full term... it's hard to predict!

Yes. It depends on the item. Some make more sense to buy outright and some perform well on consignment. Just ask us!

While we often sell new jewelry with lab diamonds, we do not take in used lab diamonds. If you’re looking to buy a new lab diamond, please call us as we have some of the best prices in the industry

We have access to thousands of styles of rings, pendant and bracelet settings. While we don't make our own, you will likely find the ideal setting though our wholesale partners (we will give you website URLs to browse). We provide setting services, so if you buy your gems through us and the setting we can have the finished piece made for far less than the retail shops

Since these are mostly consigned items, our consignors get paid upon each completed purchase. As such, we can't offer any returns. We try to take accurate photos and provide accurate descriptions. Please all or email us if you need any additional photos, videos or information to before you make a purchase.

Practically everything we sell is pre-worn. In some cases we receive items new in the box. Assume that there will be minor and normal signs of wear (like small scratches on the ring shanks) with everything we sell. If the items is new or if has more wear than we'd expect, or any sort of issue (like a chipped stone), we'll let you know in the description.
